Job Description

• To assist Contract Executive in Pre-Contract and Post-Contract.
• To prepare tender documents.
• To prepare Pre-Qualification Documents
• To prepare materials sample submission
• To handle project correspondences.
• To issue Letter of Award to sub-contractors.
• To update Drawing Register
• To organize proper filing system for department
• To check email daily
• To type general correspondence
• To assist on drawings register
• To assist for submit materials sample
• Handle basic general administrative duties
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
