Position Overview : We are looking for a dedicated Shop Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of a single Ipoh Ais Kopi outlet. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned shop, ensuring adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
• Lead and motivate the shop team, including staff scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure stock availability.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Report performance metrics and operational updates to the F&B Manager.
