Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Overview
- Plan, update, and monitor daily production schedules to meet confirmed shipment timelines.
- Coordinate closely with production, sales, and inventory teams to ensure timely production and material readiness.
- Arrange and confirm availability of packaging materials before production and container loading.
- Create new material codes in the system for new product specifications.
- Check stock availability and avoid unnecessary production if stock is sufficient.
- Coordinate repacking activities, ensuring packaging materials are ready and schedules are aligned with the repacking team.
- Track and report reasons for incomplete or delayed production on a monthly basis.
- Adjust production plans based on production team feedback and operational requirements.
- Manage schedule changes effectively, ensuring all relevant teams are informed and production staff follow the latest updated plan.
