Anticipate upcoming staffing needs by projecting areas of future growth of the Company. Recruiting and hiring more people with specialized skill sets.
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Manage all aspects of employee relations, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance management, retention, and benefits administration.
Oversee the company's administrative functions, including office facilities and maintenance and budgeting.
Assist Director to do forecast for people & company development
Review & evaluate employee timesheet on weekly basis
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures by ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
Managing employee separation processes
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
1 - 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Benefits :
Basic Salary RM2, RM3,500.00
Working Hours 9.00 am pm (weekdays only)
Weekend if required (employee shall be paid overtime rate)
