We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Influencer Management Specialist to join our expanding Evo Commerce team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for our brands across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Influencer Outreach & Management (80%) - Identifying suitable content creators / influencers across Evo brands and markets, researching best practices from other brands that have launched similar campaigns and finding inspiration to continuously build evergreen and seasonal campaigns. Able to track campaign performance and manage influencer budgets on a regular basis to ensure earned media value is maximised through these investments.
- Creative Ideation & Development (20%) - Brainstorming and content ideation alongside brand managers, writing clear and effective briefs and being socially savvy to know the latest trends on various social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram).
- Communication & Relationship Building - Building, maintaining and growing relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers and partners is key. Coordinating campaign schedules with both internal and external parties.
Job Requirements :
A degree, some prior experience in marketing and working with influencers in consumer goods with beauty / lifestyle brands or creative / influencer agencies is a plus!
