We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to support the growth of our company. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, customer service, marketing, and operations) to drive revenue and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for Toujours and HBSB.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales and revenue targets based on target set by Management.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and pitches to clients to expend the market.
- Plan and execute event for Toujours.
- Plan and proposed marketing campaign for Toujours Brand.
Client & Partner Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Explore partnership opportunities with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.Assist in coordinate with procurement team to ensure competitive sourcing.Assist procurement team and negotiate contracts and maintain cost efficiency.Customer Service & Support
Assist & collaborate with customer service team to ensure client satisfaction.Assist to collect customer feedback and provide insights for service improvements.Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance tracking.Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management.Support strategic planning and contribute to overall company growth initiatives.Marketing & Creative Support
Work closely with the marketing and creative team on events, product launches, and campaigns .Provide market insights to strengthen marketing strategies and customer engagement.Assist in developing promotional ideas that align with business development goals.REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (SME or retail / e-commerce experience is a plus).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.Tahap senioriti
