Building Executive (Property Management)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of building and maintenance staff.
• Communicate and update the JMC / MC members on the relevant progress of issues and problems during meetings.
• Oversee / inspect M&E functions within the building.
• Liaise with building residents / tenants on day-to-day operation matters.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and external parties on all issues regarding to the building.
• Ensure all ad-hoc and contractual service providers and contractors perform their duty promptly and properly.
• Ensure all equipment and systems comply with relevant by-laws.
• Ensure compliance with the Strata Management Act and Building By-Laws.
• Closely monitor collection and credit control exercise to maintain healthy Building Maintenance and Sinking Fund Accounts.
• Control the maintenance budget.
• Arrange for AGM (Annual General Meeting).
• Assist the Building Manager and Area Manager.
