Job descriptionExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin. Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (financial background is a plus). Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the global market. Hands-on experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Proven success in developing and executing impactful social media campaigns. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut). We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and drive impactful brand growth. This role will develop, manage, and execute social media strategies that strengthen our online presence and engage global audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc).
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand identity and business goals.
- Write compelling video scripts and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality multimedia content.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, metrics, and engagement to refine strategies and maximize results.
- Respond proactively to social media inquiries and comments while maintaining a professional, engaging brand presence.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure unified messaging and brand voice.
- Identify opportunities to expand online presence and global reach.
- Stay ahead of emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to keep the brand innovative.
