Customer Service :

• Assist sales person respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and provide quotation
• Handle customer complaints or inquiry when necessary.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoice .
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure customer orders are fulfilled smoothly.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents, payments, or feedback.
• Support the preparation of promotional or marketing materials when required.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
