• Handle customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp, or email in a professional manner.
• Provide after-sales service and support to course participants.
• Assist in company events, roadshows, and course when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams for course registration and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure high satisfaction.
