Executive - Tenancy Administration

Job Description

• Prepare agreements, letters and related documents.
• Follow up on agreement signing with tenants (including payments related to agreements – tenancy administrative fee, stamp duty and / or other charges), landlords and internal signatories to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain proper filing in both physical file and e-filing system.

Maintain accurate tenancy databases and agreement & payment status reports.

Liaise with Finance dept to confirm receipt of payments and update records accordingly.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and ad-hoc assignments.

Liaise with Sunway Malls' Leasing, Tenancy Admin, Finance, and other departments to facilitate smooth documentation and payment processes.
