JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs tenancy documentation and general administrative tasks for the Tenancy Administration department.
- Assist in preparing related documents based on approved templates.
Ensure proper filing in physical files and / or e-filing system.
Follow up with internal signatories for signing and return of agreements to ensure timely completion.
Perform document scanning and uploading in e-filing system.
Compile agreements and / or documents for tenants, landlords and internal signatory.Assist in preparing simple reports and documents related to tenancy administration.Other ad-hoc assignments.JOB REQUIREMENTS
SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.Minimum 1 year experience in administration, preferably in property management or tenancy administration (fresh graduates will be considered).Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint).Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow instructions.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
