Role Summary

This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of Workday HRIS cutover and release activities across multiple modules (HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Learning, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Adaptive Planning etc.). The position ensures seamless transitions during system implementations and upgrades, while maintaining governance, minimizing risk, and ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Cutover Management

• Lead and manage cutover planning and execution for Workday implementations and updates.
• Develop detailed cutover schedules across technical (reports, integrations, security), functional (HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Learning, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Adaptive Planning etc.), and organizational change management (OCM) areas.
• Coordinate mock cutovers and final cutover execution.
• Identify and manage cutover tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalations and ensure readiness for go‑live.
• Provide comprehensive reporting on cutover progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
