The
Administrative Associate
will provide essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and day-to-day business functions. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting different teams with coordination, and maintaining organized records and documentation. Success in this position will be measured by reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Assist with coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office communications, including responding to emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Provide administrative support for HR, finance, and project teams as required.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Ensure office supplies, logistics, and facilities are adequately managed.
- Support ad-hoc administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Contribute to ad-hoc forensic and advisory engagements by handling administrative and clerical support to project teams.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as mentorship and on-the-job training will be provided.
