Site Supervisor

Job Overview :

The Site Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing interior fit-out and renovation projects across DobiQueen’s retail outlets and facilities. This position ensures that all on-site works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design, quality, and timeline requirements. The role requires strong coordination with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to deliver high-quality spaces that reflect DobiQueen’s brand standards.

1.Project Execution & Site Management

• Supervise day-to-day fit-out site operations to ensure smooth progress and adherence to project timelines, scope, and specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule site activities including material deliveries, installation works, and inspections.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, methods, and safety standards.
