COMPETENCY REQUIRED

• able to perform test cut & buy off
• understand & edit CNC programming to meet tolerance control requirement
• perform setup from tool setup to quality buy off
• able to perform troubleshooting and fine-tuning independently and
• perform repairing and modification on jig & fixture

1. RESPONSIBILITY :

1.1 Responsible for machining of parts for machines, equipment and tooling.

1.2 Responsible to operate / set-up of CNC machine

1.3 Able to understand basic mechanical drawings

1.4 Able to perform simple troubleshooting on machine

1.5 To maintain cleanliness and safety operation of work place

2. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE  :

2.1 Minimum SPM / STPM or equivalent or relevant working experience.

2.2  Minimum 2 years experience of working experience in the CNC field

2.3 Self-motivated and able to work independently.

2.4 Willing to work in a rotation shift system, including night shifts, as required

2.5 Able to communicate in English & Malay
