Program machining processes for parts based on drawings and dimensions, including fixture and special tool processes.

Select tools and fixtures according to material requirements, compile programs and tool paths, and perform simulation verification to ensure no errors in machining programs.

Continuously optimize processes and tool paths to improve product quality and efficiency.

Assist in solving problems arising in new product development and production.

Requirements :

1. Familiar with machining processes and workflows, proficient in NX1953 or higher programming software, with more than 3 years of process programming experience, especially in large structural part processing, aerospace parts preferred.

Understand machining features of materials, be proficient in selecting tools, tool holders, speeds, and feeds.

Skilled in five-axis and three-axis machining, with rich programming experience; more than 2 years in five-axis programming preferred.

Proactive, with good stress tolerance, and more than 3 years of work experience in process programming.
