Manager - Business Solutions Proposal Writer

Job descriptionCreate well-structured solutions proposals that include : Executive Summary Problem Statement Proposed Solutions Team Expertise Implementation Timeline Commercial and Payment Structure Craft clear, concise, and persuasive written content that effectively communicates the company's value proposition. Ensure all proposals are free from errors and adhere to company branding and formatting guidelines. Present proposals in a compelling manner that highlights the benefits of collaborating with the company. Address potential objections and concerns proactively to alleviate client uncertainties. Work closely with business development, solution development both infra and software, and other relevant teams to ensure a unified approach to proposal strategy and content. Gather insights from internal stakeholders to enrich proposal content and align with overall business goals. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise proposals as necessary to enhance clarity and persuasiveness. Maintain an up-to-date repository of proposal templates and resources to streamline future submissions. Strong writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to create persuasive content. Exceptional research and analytical abilities to identify and articulate client needs and market dynamics. Knowledge of business development principles and best practices in proposal writing. Ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner. Strong understanding of the client's industry and market trends. Experience with project management and meeting deadlines. Strong writing skills, analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends to drive successful business outcomes. Attractive Salary (RM8,000 – RM10,000) Annual Leave 15 days. Medical Leave 14 days. Medical and hospitalization coverage.
