Job Description

Oversee and manage all procurement activities for large projects in Southeast Asia and Australia / New Zealand regions with responsibility for the entire procurement process, from sourcing to purchase order creation and follow-up.

Technical

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with companyobjectives and project requirements for the SEA and ANZ regions.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and purchase order management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards.
• Monitor and track supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance to optimize procurement decisions and achieve cost savings.
• Support Proposal Team in costing phase
• Manage and develop strong supplier relationship with Strategic suppliers
• Develop efficient teamwork with other APAC Procurement platform colleagues and other departments (Business Development,Process and Applications, Engineering, Proposal, Project Execution, Finance, Legal)
• Liaise with Veolia Corporate Procurement to leverage and apply all worldwide contractual terms with global suppliers
• Actively support implementation of Procurement system and procedures in accordance with VEOLIA Procurement Policy
• Respect quality, security and environmental policy
