  • Basic computer & admin skills (Email, excel etc).
  • Able to communicate in English & Madarin.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented & responsible.
  • Update calendars and schedule classes.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for client and visitors.
  • Support daily office operations and assist team members when required.
