Senior Procurement Executive

Manage procurement activities, ensuring accurate material calculations and issuing Purchase Orders (POs) with correct quantities and prices within set lead times.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, delivery schedules, minimum order quantities, and payment terms.

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring product quality, reliability, and timely delivery.

Source and assess new suppliers to enhance cost efficiency and mitigate supply chain risks.

Work closely with internal teams, including production, warehouse, and finance, to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Analyze purchasing trends, monitor inventory levels, and suggest cost‑saving strategies.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Guide and support junior purchasers, providing training, sharing best practices, and reviewing their procurement processes.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

Any additional responsibilities / tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the fittings & accessories, manufacturing, or interior design industries.

Strong negotiation, supplier management, and problem‑solving skills.

Experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members.

Detail‑oriented with good analytical abilities.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves communication with suppliers from China.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for procurement tracking.

Available to start immediately or within one month's notice.
