Technical Support Engineer – Klang Valley

We're Hiring : Technical Engineer (ELV Services) – Klang Valley (Permanent)

Looking for a motivated engineer to handle maintenance & troubleshooting of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, alarm, etc.).

Requirements :

2–3 years' experience in ELV (CCTV, Door Access, Barrier Gate, Intercom, PA, Fire Alarm)

Skilled in configuration, troubleshooting, installation & wiring

Experience supervising ELV projects is an advantage

Responsibilities :

Provide onsite technical support & ensure SLA compliance

Troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts & password issues

Install & set up IT / ELV equipment at project sites

Prepare maintenance reports, RFI, Method Statements & O&M docs

Monitor support requests & coordinate with service providers

Maintain equipment inventory & supervise new installations
