Sales Executitve Cum Admin

Join Go Holiday 360 SDN BHD' as a Travel sales cum admin in our vibrant Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the seamless delivery of travel packages and experiences for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Handling all aspects of customer inquiries and bookings, including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and tour arrangements

Researching and presenting travel options that meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer

Maintaining detailed records and ensuring accurate documentation of all customer transactions

Collaborating with the wider team to identify and resolve any issues or queries that arise during the travel planning and booking process

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our travel operations and customer service processes

What we're looking for

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality and tourism industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Familiarity with travel booking systems and online travel platforms

A passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping others plan and enjoy their dream vacation
