Job description

Join to apply for the Technician (Mobile & Laptop Repair) role at Machines Sdn Bhd .

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve customer iOS / MAC hardware and software issues.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Strictly abide Service Excellence Values and Policies set by the company.
Coordinate with Apple Authorities for service issues and claim processes.
Build good rapport for the company by handling customer enquiries and requests carefully and competently.
Maintain good condition of tools and equipment used for service purposes and keep working environment neat and clean.
Ensure all documentation, reports and data input to RM & other system are completed daily.
Assist other team members promptly when required.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification with experience in sales & service.

Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player, also able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Proficient in computer hardware / software troubleshooting; experience with iOS / Mac an added advantage.

Good working attitude and ethics.

Must be able to work in rotation shifts, even on public holidays.

Tech Savvy, sufficient knowledge on Apple Products.

MAC / IOS Tech Certification an added advantage.
