As a Customer Service Executive, you will act as a liaison, provide product / services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

- Handling all inbound calls, chat & email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
