Job description
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating team activities.
  • Handle correspondence, client inquiries, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and operational summaries as required.
  • Support the operations team in process improvement and workflow optimization.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on doors, cabinets, windows, or other equipment requiring handles.
  • Requirements :

    • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or technical field is a plus.
