About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at HUP SOON SEREMBAN FOOD TRADING SDN BHD in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our human resources functions within the non-halal industry. This full-time position offers a rewarding career opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing and administering all HR-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
Coordinating and delivering employee training and development programmes
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
Assisting with performance management and appraisal processes
Collaborating with department heads to identify and address HR-related concerns

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR Executive role, preferably within the non-halal industry

Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels

Proficient in using HR software and databases to manage employee records and data

Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

Adaptable to change and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
