Key Responsibilities
1) Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings, sourcing, and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
- Conduct pre-screening calls , coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
- Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2) Onboarding & Employee Experience
Oversee and conduct onboarding programs , ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.Manage the onboarding week schedule , including induction sessions and engagement activities.Serve as the point of contact for new joiners, ensuring they are well-equipped with company knowledge and resources.3) Employer Branding & Engagement
Plan and execute employer branding initiatives to position HiredlyInvolve in career fairs, networking events, and university engagements .Work with the marketing team to create recruitment campaigns, social media content, and branding materials .Maintain relationships with past and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.4) People & Culture Support
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and employer branding efforts.Support other HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects within the People & Culture team.
