SERVICE ADVISOR

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at MBf EV AUTO SDN BHD. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the servicing of electric vehicles. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle servicing needs
• Providing cost estimates and securing customer approval for recommended repairs
• Communicating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
• Keeping customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the servicing process
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clientele
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to vehicle servicing
• Collaborating with the broader team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
