Manager, Group Finance

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts for properties investment companies, provision of inter group services companies, investment holdings companies incorporated in Labuan, and dormant companies (collectively referred to as "GFA – Companies").

Serve as the primary liaison with auditors for year-end audits of GFA-Companies.

Review and prepare all necessary schedules and documentation for auditors.

Assist with the consolidation of group accounts by;

Gathering necessary data and preparing supporting schedules, including deferred tax and tax provisions.
