Job Summary

To support Sales & Distribution on assigned areas with KPI on sales target.

The Day-To-Day Activities

To execute and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategy / promotion plans and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points & pyramid.

Continue deepening dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).

Ensure proper knowledge and training on : System (Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge); Product (Full range of products); How to Sell (Accurate and correct information given); Incentives / Pyramid (Proper guidance in building loyalty); POSM (Latest & up to date POSM).

Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.

Build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information and guidance.

Maintain good discipline and performance.

Perform trade events, visits and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment.

Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.

Sales driven with good track record.

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
