Overall Management : Position Overview :

Mewah Group is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Executive to manage our shipping and documentation functions. The successful candidate will ensure efficient operations related to documentation, physical shipments, and vessel chartering for destination shipments.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle documentation and physical shipment operations, including vessel chartering for destination shipments.
Manage FOB, CIF / CFR (import), ex-tank, delivered, and consumer-packed contracts transactions.
Oversee string section operations for all ports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Documentation and Shipping Operations :

Prepare shipment documentation within target timelines and cost-efficiently.

Oversee shipping document preparation, shipping operations, and vessel chartering, including freight payment operations.

Process Letters of Intent (LOI) and manage ex-work, FOB, and import operations.

Ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation for bulk and packed shipments.

Financial and Operational Support :

Assist with import vessel chartering, LOI, and freight payment operations.

Manage string processing and paper trade in shipments.

Conduct stock reconciliation and maintain transaction transparency.

Qualifications :

Degree in any field

3-5 years in related bulk commodity shipping field

Relevant experience in shipping operations and documentation management.

Understanding of vessel chartering, freight payment, and shipping regulations.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : From RM3,000.00 per month
