Shipping Executive

What you'll be doing

• Manage and prepare import / export customs declarations and necessary documentation, including permits, FTAs, and COOs.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and customs to ensure timely vessel booking, clearance, and delivery.
• Monitor and manage shipping schedules for export and import shipments.
• Support reverse logistics processes such as returns, repairs, and maintenance.
• Liaise with government authorities (LMW, MITI, etc.) to ensure compliance.
• Ensure adherence to LMW regulations and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with Sales and Purchasing divisions to manage and maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Oversee proper filing of shipping documentation for audit purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations.
• Keep updated with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and industry best practices.
• Submit reports to authorities within deadlines.
• To undertake other related job as directed by immediate superior from time to time.
