Ecommerce cum Admin Executive

Join our dynamic textile team as an Ecommerce cum Admin Executive, where you’ll manage online store operations, assist with administrative duties, and help grow our digital presence. If you’re familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and website management and have a passion for fashion we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and company website.
Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
Handle order processing, inventory coordination, and customer inquiries.
Assist in planning and executing online campaigns and promotions.
Monitor product performance, sales reports, and marketing analytics.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for content updates.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Support other departments with ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce or administrative roles. (Preferred)

Strong knowledge of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and website backend systems.

Basic understanding of fashion trends or textile products is an added advantage.

Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
