Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, website optimisation, and digital marketing best practices Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, website analytics tools, and content management systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Creativity and a customer-centric mindset to enhance the overall digital experience
We are a 15-year-old Fruit and Vegetable wholesale and retail company. We are now rapidly expanding our branches and are looking for a group of young, energetic, motivated and positive people to join our team. Our branches are located in Petaling Jaya, KL and Batu Caves.
E-Commerce Executive
What you'll be doing
- Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, including website, online stores and mobile apps
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness
- Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to enhance the company's digital presence
- Continuously monitor and optimise the e-commerce platform\'s performance to drive conversions and customer loyalty
