Job description summary : Continental’s digital capabilities are growing. Our Sales, Logistics and Finance Information Technology Competence Center is the digital backbone of our Tire business. We seek a dedicated IT professional to support the Purchasing area with data engineering, analytics and process mining solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as an IT partner and IT provider for the Purchasing area
• Own IT solutions for Purchasing data analytics and process mining
• Collaborate with the purchasing organization and with internal and external partners
• Plan, steer and implement problem solving, changes and extensions
• Contribute process and IT know-how to provide professional consulting and ensure functional and technical design
• Support IT implementation projects in the purchasing area
• Plan, execute and deliver projects / work packages with high quality, within scope, budget and time
• Work within a globally distributed organization across multiple time zones with diverse stakeholders
• Support the design of the digital transformation of Purchasing
