We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the growing team at Intrinseque Health, a leading provider of healthcare and wellness solutions. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support to our office in Melaka, Melaka. What you'll be doing
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
- Assisting with the coordination of payroll and benefits administration
- Providing administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies and best practices
What we're looking for
At least 3+ years of experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or consulting industryStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levelsProficient in the use of HR software and MS Office applicationsKnowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practicesAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records
