To find out more, please visit About the Job The Brand Executive role is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of our brand campaigns process from start to finish, including overseeing the planning, execution, and operational transition of all marketing campaigns involving brands under RPG's portfolio. Responsibilities Responsible for executing campaigns for Shopify store and all marketplace platforms. Serve as the primary point of contact (project manager) and escalation for integration activities between all departments (marketing, creatives & operations stakeholders), and initiate, collect and execute quarterly brand initiatives and strategies. Supporting the Brand team in driving growth & product performance including : Influencer marketing / sourcing, PR releases, eCommerce store optimizations, marketing campaign Ensuring website functionality & integrity, UI / UX front end changes. Proactively catch issues before they are problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape etc). Coordinate with our Customer Experience team and overseas customer service team to ensure we are providing a world class customer experience for your product portfolio. Track deadlines, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure continuous progress in the acquisition and migration processes. Day-to-day tasks include setting up the data room, coordinating meetings, managing logistics, and coordinating follow up activities. Anticipate changes and bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical and operational constraints.
