Asia Recruit Sdn Bhd on behalf of Agensi Pekerjaan Asia Recruit Sdn Bhd is hiring a Full-time Brand Manager role in Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.

Company Background :

Our established client, who is a well-established Multinational Healthcare Company, currently is looking for a creative and high-driven candidate to fill the position of Brand Manager, to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Job Description :

Work with Head of Marketing to develop a complete annual brand marketing plan geared towards end-users for each key product within the portfolio, in line with the strategy, budget, and targets of the company.

Drive the brand by working with a cross-functional team (sales, trade marketing, design, regulatory, supply, etc.) to progress and track the development of all product initiatives and ensure the timely launch of New Product Development, NPD within objectives and timeline.

Lead in innovation, activation, advertising, and promotion for the deployment of the Brand Marketing Plan.

Lead and develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for new product launches and driving growth of existing brands. This includes carrying out post-campaign evaluation to drive learning & development.

Provide in-depth analysis and findings with a plan of actions on a monthly basis using market share, sell-out (when available), and sell-in data.

Manage, plan, and execute brand launch campaign and event activities.

Develop and lead promotional activities, including promotional packs with mechanics with trade marketing.

Responsible for managing the brand budget. Monitor and control Advertising & Promotions, A&P expenditure within budget allocations.

Lead ongoing analysis and review of consumer, category, market trends, promotional programs, and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunities.

Work with Visual, Brand, and Communication (VBC) to produce materials of visual impact and within brand and advertisement guidelines.

Actively involved in monthly inventory sales forecast and monitoring. Lead person to update the commercial team of any changes in stock movement, e.g., Out of stocks, delay, etc.

Work closely with trade marketing and sales teams on all strategies, activities, and implementation.

Familiar with digital and social media concepts.

Familiar and comply with advertisement compliance for healthcare products.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience in the healthcare or health supplement industry, pharmaceutical, or related fields.

Experience must include strategy, brand building, new product development, as well as creative development and execution.

Candidate must possess a degree in a related field, preferably marketing or science background.

Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills.

Project management - Ability to organize and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects.

Team Management - Ability to work well in a team setting and with various levels within the organization.

Brand building, new product development.

Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), especially with high proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel, is required.

Candidate must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
