At Electrolux Professional, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Service Technician. This person will be responsible for conducting technical support activities to ensure Electrolux Professional’s customers receive excellent after-sales service. Additionally, they will provide technical product training to internal professionals, customers, and third parties to ensure product knowledge excellence.
Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide technical support activities on-site for customers on an ad hoc basis.
Accredited Service Team Management
Implement the technical evaluation program to define accreditation standards for the technical skills level of ASCs.Conduct audits and evaluations of the technical support teams of dealers and accredited service suppliers to ensure they meet professional service capability requirements.Training
Conduct technical support and product knowledge training for customers, dealer teams, and accredited service suppliers as per the training plan and on an ad hoc basis.Reporting
Prepare technical intervention reports.Provide monthly feedback reports on product performance and issues from customers, dealers, and the sales team.Qualifications

Technical knowledge and expertise in similar products.Good interpersonal skills.Ability to convince external parties to accept new practices, approaches, and solutions.Experience in a similar industry for 3-5 years.Required Competencies
