Job descriptionImplement the technical evaluation program to define accreditation standards for the technical skills level of ASCs. Conduct audits and evaluations of the technical support teams of dealers and accredited service suppliers to ensure they meet professional service capability requirements. Conduct technical support and product knowledge training for customers, dealer teams, and accredited service suppliers as per the training plan and on an ad hoc basis. Prepare technical intervention reports. Provide monthly feedback reports on product performance and issues from customers, dealers, and the sales team. Technical knowledge and expertise in similar products. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to convince external parties to accept new practices, approaches, and solutions. Experience in a similar industry for 3-5 years. Customer Obsessed – focus on delivering value to internal and external customers.
