This role requires a Chargeman B0 11kv to oversee the electrical maintenance, operation, and safety of our plant's HT electrical systems. This position requires a strong focus on safety, compliance, and team leadership to ensure a stable and reliable power supply for our manufacturing process.

key responsibilities

• Electrical System Management : Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on high-tension (HT) electrical systems, including switchgears, transformers, substations, and generators. Conduct regular inspections and tests on electrical installations to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards. Operate and manage the HT system to ensure a stable and reliable power supply.
• Safety and Compliance : Enforce and adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, especially those related to high-voltage electrical systems. Conduct regular safety briefings and risk assessments for all electrical work. Maintain and update all necessary electrical licenses, permits, and documentation.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and rectify faults in both high-tension (HT) and low-tension (LT) electrical systems to minimize downtime. Promptly respond to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.
• Team Leadership : Lead and guide a team of technicians and electricians. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior staff on safe work practices and technical skills.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Generate reports on the electrical system's performance, issues, and solutions.
