Summary of the Role

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive sales while representing the brand positively for repeat business. Assist customers with product selection and information while fostering a positive and ethical work environment.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Sales & Customer Service : Achieve sales targets, execute strategies, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the brand’s luxury image.
• Store Operations : Follow SOPs for opening / closing, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure proper visual merchandising.
• Inventory & Reporting : Manage stock, conduct regular counts, resolve discrepancies, and update reports accurately.
• Compliance & Development : Adhere to company policies, handle customer concerns, and continuously enhance product knowledge.
