Strong sales ability, exceptional customer service, and clienteling skills to build lasting relationships. Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and the ability to uphold the brand’s image. Staff Discounts – Staff enjoy up to 30% discount across all our brands. Summary of the Role
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive sales while representing the brand positively for repeat business. Assist customers with product selection and information while fostering a positive and ethical work environment.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Sales & Customer Service : Achieve sales targets, execute strategies, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the brand’s luxury image.
- Store Operations : Follow SOPs for opening / closing, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure proper visual merchandising.
- Inventory & Reporting : Manage stock, conduct regular counts, resolve discrepancies, and update reports accurately.
- Compliance & Development : Adhere to company policies, handle customer concerns, and continuously enhance product knowledge.
