Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes paid media execution. This role is hands‑on with ad buying — with Meta as the core platform and Google & TikTok as secondary channels. The focus is clear : deliver high‑quality lead generation campaigns that scale efficiently for industries like property and medical.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, with lead generation as the core objective.
• Build full‑funnel ad structures : audience setup, ad creation, conversion tracking.
• Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, conversion quality, and scaling opportunities.
• Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards to track performance across multiple campaigns and clients.
• Use data connectors to automate data pulling from Meta, Google, TikTok, and CRM tools.
• Proficient in Google marketing tools, including Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), with strong ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity across all campaigns.
