Entry Level Human Resource Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Human Resource Associate located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resource Associate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating training and development programs, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. This role provides training to ensure that the associate is well-equipped to handle their HR responsibilities.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Operations skills
• Training & Development skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in HR is a plus but not required
