- Identify and qualify potential business leads through outbound calls, emails, and live chat.
- Research and analyze target markets.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and introduce suitable products / services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
