Sales Support Executive

Job description

Overview

Our client is a Japanese trading and distribution of diverse range of raw materials and chemicals.

Responsibilities

Coordinate sample packing and shipment to customers
Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and negotiate lead times
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents
Support Japanese expatriates and sales representatives in daily operations
Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and delivery status
Handle general administrative and clerical tasks related to the sales department

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Good command of English, Malay & Mandarin

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers

Additional Information

Working Hours : 9 : 00-17 : 15, Monday - Friday
