Sales Support Administrator

Job Responsibilities :

• Managing and maintaining Sales pipeline, forecast and reporting to Sales Ops Manager / Sales Director.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
• Enhancing the current sales process as a team for more productivity and efficiency.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract management, preparing sales meeting minutes and supporting the tender team during tender submission.
• Work closely with finance, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
