Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Pecca Leather Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of premium leather products, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team. This full-time position will be based in our Kepong, Kuala Lumpur office. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top talent to drive the continued growth and success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the Pecca Group of Companies and it's associate companies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles through active sourcing and networking.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives such as participating and partnering with Talent Acquisition Team in career fair, recruitment drive event, social media visibility and other branding program.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent attraction strategies.
• Maintain a database of candidate profiles and proactively reach out to potential candidates through any communications medium.
• Ensure all hiring documentations in proper filing standard and adhere to ISO and company's policy requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and HR policies.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Capable to coordinate onboarding and offboarding session effectively.
• Continuously monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate and providing support in employee engagement activities such as sport and social event.

What we're looking for
