About the role
Pecca Leather Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of premium leather products, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team. This full-time position will be based in our Kepong, Kuala Lumpur office. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top talent to drive the continued growth and success of our organization.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the Pecca Group of Companies and it's associate companies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles through active sourcing and networking.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives such as participating and partnering with Talent Acquisition Team in career fair, recruitment drive event, social media visibility and other branding program.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent attraction strategies.
- Maintain a database of candidate profiles and proactively reach out to potential candidates through any communications medium.
- Ensure all hiring documentations in proper filing standard and adhere to ISO and company's policy requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and HR policies.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Capable to coordinate onboarding and offboarding session effectively.
- Continuously monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate and providing support in employee engagement activities such as sport and social event.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Manager or any background with relevant recruitment working experience.Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Proficient in English and Malay for verbal and written skills.Proficiency in third language will be an added value.Knowledgeable in the use of applicant tracking systems or any recruitment tools will be an added value.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.Keen attention to detail and a passion for identifying and securing top talent.Creative and resourceful to prepare job advertisement poster.Ability to use editing software for photo or video will be an added advantage.Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.Open to all Malaysian aged from years old.Job Type : Full-time
