Job Brief

The person will play a key role in driving brand growth and market visibility by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. This role is responsible for leading campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand identity at every touchpoint. The manager will oversee go-to-market initiatives, content development, and performance marketing while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and ROI. Working closely with cross-functional and regional teams, this role will champion innovation,strengthen customer engagement, and support overall business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand & marketing growth.
• Develop, manage, and oversee all go-to-market initiatives, including SEO / SEM, social media, email marketing, traditional media (print and broadcast), and content creation to build awareness and engagement across platforms.
• Identify trends and incorporate new ideas to grow social media followers and engagement, while leading and optimizing digital performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure consistent execution across all customer touchpoints.
• Analyze data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare performance reports.
• Assist in managing the marketing department budget.
